As the company's CEO, Mona is the one who holds the workforce together and ensures that all projects are driven forward and in the right direction. She is the company's public face and the one who maintains primary contact with all customers, both nationally and internationally.

In addition to her leadership, Mona is one of the few deaf sign language interpreters who has a legal interpreter training and a training in interpreting in psychiatry. Mona is a frequently hired deaf sign language interpreter and a valued interpreter trainer. She is also an experienced sign language translator who can be seen on many websites in the public sector.

Previously, Mona has worked as the head of an association and as a municipal community counselor, and has been the chairman of the Swedish Association of the Deaf, among many other things. Over the years, Mona has thus created a solid network that is beneficial to the company.
