We have several experienced project managers who have worked with everything from Arvsfonds projects and educational material productions to EU projects and sports competitions. We are responsible for planning, coordinating and following up throughout the entire process, from idea to implementation and delivery. With a focus on goals, timelines and quality, we ensure that the project stays on the right track and that all involved parties work towards the same outcome.

Our project managers have as much experience in writing project applications as they do in planning and leading projects. With broad competence from different types of productions and collaborations, we can adapt the working method to each project's needs and create efficient flows that lead to well-executed and sustainable results.
